How EZ Mail Works, Cont.

Below are the Steps for the Monthy Workflow:

Step 1
On or about the 27th of each month you will receive the initial draft of your next month’s eNews issue. This draft includes all the new content for the month.

Step 2
After reviewing the draft and determining what edits need to be made you simply login and make changes to your current issue. The user friendly HTML Editor within the application makes this easy and no HTML knowledge is necessary. Also, On Demand Video Tutorials are available within the editor should you need them. The EZ Mail program is designed for up to two rounds* of edits per month.

OR You may choose to have the support team make edits for you; however choosing this option may result in an additional design fee per month. If you use this service communicating your changes is quick and easy. Using a simple online submission form you outline the changes you would like to make, upload any images you would like to add, and then submit the form. The support team then makes the changes and sends you a draft to approve.

Step 3
Once you are happy with the content you provide your final approval and your eNews is scheduled for launch on the 10th** of the month.

Step 4
Executive reportEZ Mail is built on ClickRSVP’s robust email platform EmailConductor. Included in your EZ Mail subscription is unlimited use of the reporting engine. These reports provide information on opens and clicks and are available in real time.

 

 

 

*If additional rounds of edits are needed there is a small fee associated with each round.

**The program is designed for a send date of the 10th of each month, however if you would rather send your eNews on a different day that can be arranged.
