How EZ Mail Works
Below are the Steps to Get Started:

The EZ Mail team will create your custom template based on your logo, corporate colors, and any other specific directions from you. See more samples.

We have a ready-approved sender address of yourcreditunionname@member-rsvp.com, or you can elect to have it come from your organization (i.e. enews@yourcreditunionname.com). The latter requires your IT department to configure a simple authentication protocol (SPF) and we’ll provide those instructions to pass along.

You provide a list of your current active customers (in Excel) and we’ll import it to the system. Be sure you have removed anyone who has indicated they don’t want to receive email (or doesn’t want to be contacted via any channel). Your first newsletter will introduce the eNews program and provide them the opportunity to opt-out of receiving any further issues.

We’ll provide you with the HTML code to add a sign-up page to your website based on the information you want from subscribers. Samples of sign-up forms are shown below:
