Are the e-mail addresses stored at our credit union or ClickRSVP or another vendor? Is that site secure? What certifications do they have?

All your e-mail addresses are stored on a secure server with ClickRSVP. They are an affiliate of Fiserv. They are SAS-70 certified and have a RSA SecureID system for VPN authentication. Still, the addresses are yours, and you have 24-hour access to your list.

Are the monthly e-mail newsletters available also as links that we can post on our Web site?

Yes. We can provide you with code that your webmaster can embed into your website that will automatically update each time you send out a new newsletter.

Who administers the e-mail list? Do we get reports on bounce-backs, and are we or the vendor supposed to remove them from the list?

We maintain your list for you. At any time, you can run a report on a newsletter issue to see the number delivered, hard bounces, soft bounces, and clicks (you can even see who clicked on what). EZ Mail will automatically remove addresses from your active list after 3 hard bounces or 5 soft bounces (these are defaults, but we can change these settings for you).

How are unsubscribes handled?

EZ Mail maintains the list for you, along with the bounce backs. You may download a copy of this list at any time (it takes just a couple of clicks and gives you an Excel file).

Can we use EZ Mail for other email campaigns?

Can we submit photos or graphics to use on a particular topic to incorporate our branding into the email?

Yes. We will host the images for you, so that they can be used in your e-mails.

Do we need to have a team of technical people to implement the program?

No. The beauty of the EZ Mail program is our staff will handle all technical aspects of your campaign and advise you on CAN-SPAM Act compliance.
