ClickRSVP’s EmailConductor Continues to Meet SenderID Specifications Hopedale, MA, June, 2005— MSN recently announced that it would begin to authenticate incoming email with its SenderID program. The move affects Hotmail users. Any mail from senders that cannot be authenticated will be diverted to the recipient’s junk / bulk folder. The SenderID protocol is one of the industry’s measures taken to combat spam, especially from “spoofed” email addresses. It uses the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) to validate that email is, indeed, being sent from the server it is representing. “ClickRSVP implemented its SPF authentication process in 2004 and has been in compliance with this protocol. We continue to monitor the industry’s guidelines and best practices to ensure that our clients’ emails are delivered,” said Ray Parenteau, president of ClickRSVP. ClickRSVP is an email service provider specializing in serving financial institutions, and organizations that require high levels of compliance with privacy and CAN SPAM regulations. The company's EmailConductor application platform provides some of the most advanced list management tools available in the industry.
