With over 20 groundbreaking years in real estate information and financial database marketing, Ray brings a unique perspective that entails both technical and creative sides. He is a recognized expert in homeowner marketing and permission marketing, and has been a speaker at various conferences including BankWorld, Bank Marketing Associations (New England and Florida), and the 2003 Fiserv Client Conference.

Joe Timm - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Joe brings over 10 years experience in marketing and business development. Most recently Joe held a senior sales position with Clearswift/MimeSweeper, an international email security solution provider. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales for Artificial Life, an email and CRM provider. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Hartford and a graduate certificate from Harvard University.

Kevin DeGray - Senior Technologist / Developer
Combining industry experience and deep technical skills, Kevin oversees development and maintenance of our core applications and systems. His world-class experience includes projects for General Electric, and stints at System Software Associates (ERP), and MarketFirst (email marketing).

Heather Lewis - Director of E-Marketing Services
Heather is already a veteran with previous stints at The Boston Globe, Arnold Worldwide (including work on Citizens Bank) and CGN. She brings a unique depth of experience, knowledge and professionalism to our e-marketing programs and currently manages key account implementations and program design.

James Maguire – Email Production Manager
James recently joined the team from the world of high-tech marketing, including global-scale projects for MathWorks. In addition to overseeing projects and production for various clients, James is producing instructional material (videos, webinars) to assist clients in maximizing their experience with EmailConductor.

Carole Carnovale - Senior Graphic Designer
Whether it's a landing page, email campaign or full-scale website, Carole consistently produces clean designs that work. Her real-world experience includes executing promotional campaigns, web graphics, and print collateral within corporate and small-business environments.
