Interactive Email What's the difference between Yes and No? When it comes to email (or any direct response activity), the Yes response is the measure of success. By contrast, the lack of a Yes response is usually an indication of a No. Limited to those choices, successful responses are hard to come by. But what if you had a "Maybe" option? Or some indication that your recipient was interested, but just not ready? That was part of the thinking behind our new Review Pages, just introduced with Version 8.5 of our EmailConductor platform. Think of it as "interactive email." By inviting your recipient to comment on your product, service or offer, you are starting a conversation, rather than forcing a Yes/ No response. Like a feedback loop, Review Pages measure your recipients' attitudes towards your content or offerings, whether it is informational or promotional. All this is valuable information to help shape your ongoing communications in general, as well as to that specific reader. How It Works Review Pages allow you to include one or more "ratings" components at the end of your landing pages or on standalone pages. Ratings components are completely customizable and can include the following:
Integrated Reporting What makes this solution even more powerful is its integrated reporting, which allows you to see your content's overall rating, as well as the ability to drill-down to see who is engaged — or not. And, you have the option for instant notification when someone submits a comment or requests that you contact them.
