All situations are unique, so part of getting started is understanding where you are, where you want to be, and what needs to happen to meet your goals. Our initial Goals & Needs Assessment is designed to help you identify critical points to email marketing success. There’s no charge and it takes about 30 minutes over the phone. Topics include:

Step 3
Understand Your Options


Email marketing comes in three basic flavors – from basic to advanced. With ClickRSVP, you can start anywhere and go anywhere. From basic newsletters to seamless integration with your internal data sources, EmailConductor is completely scalable to your needs.

  • Basic – this typically entails using one or more subscriber lists who receive regular messages based on the list they belong to. Ideal for newsletters and semi-targeted campaigns. Includes the ability to follow-up based on message views and clicks.
  • Intermediate – this usually entails some level of synchronization with an external database such as an MCIF or CRM system. Subscriber data is enriched with attributes such as demographics, lifestyle and or product usage. In many cases, campaign lists are developed in the MCIF and synchronized with EmailConductor for highly targeted messages.
  • Advanced – in advanced programs, the goal tends to be integration: data sources (usually the MCIF), web landing pages, prospect direct marketing campaigns, search campaigns, and special-purpose signup pages, etc. These are all components that can be designed to work in conjunction with EmailConductor for maximum impact and detailed reporting capabilities.

No matter where you start, your program will have some of the most advanced capabilities on the market, and can be scaled to your immediate and long-range needs.

Step 4
Review/Allocate Program Budget


What does all this cost? You know the answer: it depends. Factors include list size, implementation needs, and the amount of ongoing support that works for you and your team. One approach is to establish an annual “cost-per-subscriber” that works with your ROMI model. For less than $1 per subscriber per year, you can see significant results, both in “hard” dollars (increased revenue) and customer communication / retention.

  • List management with unlimited messages: $200 per month minimum. Usually with a one-year contract.
  • Basic set-up fee of $500, which includes two custom templates. May run higher if extensive customization of templates, forms and data is required.
  • Optional services available as needed: active account / campaign management, licensed premium content, newsletter editing, program audits, HTML / creative design and database services.
