What does it cost?
Probably less than you think. We are not a mass-market self-service provider so we’re not the “cheapest” alternative for you.
However, financial institutions can’t afford to make mistakes with email. As specialists, ClickRSVP delivers professional guidance and best
practices as part of our service. We’ll be happy to provide you with multiple pricing options, as well as ROI planning tools.
How long does it take to get started?
We can launch your first campaign as quickly as you need – even next-day. Realistically, most of our clients take
a more planned approach to integrate the different components of a program. In most cases, we can have your program completely ready in two weeks or less.
Do I need to sign a contract?
That is up to you. Most of our clients prefer to contract with us, because we offer a service bureau type of relationship. At minimum, you will need to agree to our Terms of Service, and we will agree to handle your data and your projects professionally and securely.
Do I need to involve my IT and Web department?
Very little, unless they are actively involved in your web marketing activities. EmailConductor is designed to handle all aspects of list maintenance, form hosting and activity reporting.
Some minor support will be needed during the implementation phase, including:
- Providing the initial email lists (IT)
- Adding your sign-up form to your website
(we provide the code or link to your Web team)
You will probably need to involve your compliance officer, who will need to know about our data security, etc. (See below.)
How safe and secure is my data?
Your email data is maintained in an enterprise-class database on one of the banking industry’s leading service provider networks.
(For obvious reasons, we don’t disclose details on our website, but will share this information with you upon request.)
We have been dealing with financial institution data for more than 20 years and understand the security and privacy measures needed.
Our data security practices and resources are compliant with GLB and SAS-70 (Type 2).
Can you protect me against phishing attacks?
No one can prevent phishing attacks or other exploits. However, having a proven email communication program in place is
one of the best ways to educate your customers and members. If you don’t have an email marketing program, you are relinquishing
this vital channel to fraudsters.
Does EmailConductor work with my Online banking users?
Yes, your online banking user group is a great place to start an email program. Depending on how your signup is configured,
your solution may require an initial “permission campaign.” EmailConductor can automatically synchronize email data with your online banking platform.
Does EmailConductor work with my MCIF or core processing system?
Yes, EmailConductor can be “connected” to any data source, either in “batch” mode or using a real-time API (Application Programming Interface).
